About The Design
The Modular Stone Bench Package includes one long bench (48”), one medium sized bench (40”), an end planter, a corner planter, and a leg. The corner planter allows the package to be assembled in a “V” shape and therefore has only one application. The remaining pieces, however, can be used in a number of positions. Additional benches, planters, and even fountains can be purchased separately if more sections are needed. All Modular Stone Bench Packages are offered in Natural or our exclusive Verde patina finish. This weatherproof finish will not peel when exposed to the elements, thus making these pieces ideal for outdoor use
About The Molding and Finishing Process
These sturdy, cast stone pieces are created using a careful process. First, a team hand pours the liquid cast stone mixture into the crafted mold and utilizes special techniques to remove the air bubbles, guaranteeing you a solid stone structure. The PSI (pounds per square inch) is measured to its optimum level to insure strength and durability in the stone. Once the stone is air dried and gone through an internal quality check, it is sent to the finishing department where seams are ground and any air holes caused by the pouring process are filled and smoothed. It is the final step that allows each piece to become a unique and original work of garden art when the patina finish is applied and any excess is wiped away to highlight detail.
