About The Design
The Stainless Steel 8 Piece Sushi and Finger Food Sets add a touch of design to your dinner parties. Each set includes 2 porcelain trays, 2 pairs of chop sticks, 2 stainless steel forks and 2 stainless steel rests for the chop sticks and forks. Each porcelain tray is designed with a subtle partition intended for separation from sauces and dips. The chop sticks feature durable stainless steel ends, which allow a good balance when using them. Constructed of bent stainless steel, the rests are created to nicely arrange the forks and chop sticks on the porcelain tray preventing the chop sticks from having direct contact on the table.

About The Materials
Stainless Steel: Stainless steel is a generic term for a family of low carbon alloy steels containing 10.5% or more chromium. The corrosion resistance and other useful properties of steel are enhanced by increased chromium content and the addition of other elements such as molybdenum, nickel and nitrogen. Our German composition of 18/8 austenitic stainless steel, (18% Chromium, 8% Nickel) is used in a significantly thicker gauge than typical applications of its kind.
Stainless steel has a self-healing property because of its specific chemical composition. A layer on the surface, only a few atoms thick, naturally forms and, with the assistance of oxygen from air or water, rebuilds itself when scratched. For this reason stainless steel does not require any coating or other corrosion protection to remain bright and shiny even after decades of use. It is also 100% RECYCLABLE.
