|Kelly, I want to thank you for your great customer service!!!! Your follow up and concern for my purchase to arrive in time was genuine. I truly did not expect it!! Customer service in the retail business lacks, BUT your calls and messages and professionalism was 110%!!!! We received the wine opener on Wednesday 12/22... My son's 30th birthday gift was a hit

Without any unexpected delays, it will arrive in time for presentation to the couple departing the area soon.
